Name: The Kurayami
Role: Police
Village: Kumo
History: The ancient Kurayami signed a deal with Kumo. In order to live under the Kumo banner the Kurayami must police themselves and not allow their members to rampage. In turn the Kurayami gain the safety of the village's protection and also offer their services as ninja to bolster the power of Kumo. The Kurayami are both respected and reviled. Their power is immense but they pay a dear price for it. From birth Kurayami are taught a way of dual mindedness. They put on a fresh face of go luckiness for normal life. They create a wall in their minds blocking out the rage that is innate to all Kurayami. That darkness always prays on the mind of a Kurayami as it cannot be forgotten. The Kurayami control their power by switching to behind the wall and using their rage in battle. Whilst in that state however they still have access to their calmness, and must switch back in order to regain control.
Aspects: Most Kurayami have grey hair. They are usually happy people, but with that deep darkness still visible underneath their masks of emotion. When a Kurayami gives in to their rage they transform. Their entire eyes become a deep black with a red dot in the middle. Their hair stiffens and they gain access to the use of black lightning.
Bloodline ability: The ability is being able to transform into their other state. In this state they are able to use the fabled black lightning. Also they gain a boost to their attributes at the cost of lack of control.

Description: The user releases part of their rage causing their hair to stiffen and their eyes to blacken. However access to Kurorai is not possible. The user gains a +5 to all stats except weapon, agility and tools, but may attack allies.

Name: Kurorai Hoippu no Justu (Black Lightning Whip Technique) Requires Ijou

Description: The user creates a whip of black lightning. Upon contact the whip both burns and shocks. A high tools is needed to be proficient with the whip.

Name: Kurorai Myaku no Justu (Black Lightning Pulse Technique) Requires Ijou

Description: The user creates a pulse a black lightning knocking back opponents and also burning if close enough.

Name: Ritoru Ijou no Justu (Little Transformation Technique) Requires Fuzen Ijou

Description: The user releases more of their rage causing their hair to stiffen and their eyes to blacken with the red dot in the centre. The user is able to access lesser black lightning moves but will suffer burns which their rage allows them to withstand whilst transformed. The user gains a +5 to all stats except weapon, agility and tools, but may attack allies.
